A million moments.

A MILLION MOMENTS.

Love’s a million delicious moments
And each moment is of unsettlement
First is bright, then are darkening torments
Love’s a love, deep in sacrificed content

If I love, then it is to all the pain
Sweetest laughter gained, the acrimony
But I need this love’s quality, the gain
Which leaves me in breathless territory

If I hurt you then I share all your tears
But when we laugh, is love such a joyous
Love is a million moments in years
Extricable, is what love is to us

Love’s not love, to endure soft placid state
Love’s the storm of a kissed retaliate

Great poem Ron, and so very true.

Thank you, Maudie... Yes, we've all been through it. But then, a row is often a necessity of giving in and claiming a sweet reward!

Nice, Ron. Sometimes pain can strengthen the bond of love. In any event, true love may overcome the hurt.

Thank you, Mrs Richard... If a couple can't overcome the differences, both in appeasement then it is time to leave well alone. Life is all about love and testing.
