 Any new legislation must be introduced in the house before it moves forward.

The holdouts are simply cutting deals in order to get placed on committees that control what legislation can go to the house floor to even be considered.

Corporate handlers are gaining control of committees through concessions by McCarthy.

If the corporations are against certain legislation----it will never see the night of day ------- stalled in committee.

 What it boils down to is the most radical are gaining control through committees.

They have already gained concessions that only one member rather than 5 can move to have McCarthy removed

It may be a rough 2 years. Maybe Not. LOL
