.Your apple pie look really tasty and yummy. Bet it went down a treat. Good luck with the jigsaws, Niles. That black and white one looks rather difficult to me.

I knew for some reason you would notice the pie.

No one seems to care much for puzzles. LOL, talked to my friend Paul and he can't stand them!

I have to admit that I am not a fan of those puzzles, Nile. Mainly, I don't know what to do with them, when they are done. I like apple pie when somebody else bakes it. If you want an attractive look, you can decorate the top with whipped cream.

I haven't baked a cake or pie for quite awhile. Wall Mart or Kroger "bake" mine.

I received a small puzzle for Christmas and one day I will put it together. I think it has 50 pieces.

Surely I can finish it. Larger ones never get finished and still sit in the closet with all the holiday decorations.

PUZZLES ARE VERY USEFUL IF THEY ARE SOMEWHAT COMPLICATED. THEY STIMULATE THE BRAIN, MAKE YOU USE YOUR EYES AND SUCH. SO KEEP ON DOING THEM.

Thanks Maudie, it was good. What was left of it went home with the birthday girl, if she wants a pie for her next birthday, she has to bring back my glass pie dish.

The black and white puzzle will not be easy, that's for sure!

Some people actually glue them together and frame them. I take a picture, tear them down and pass them on to my girls so they can put them together. What happens to the puzzles after that? Who knows?

I've never put whipped cream on an apple pie, pumpkin yes. Vanilla ice cream tastes great on a slice of warm apple pie.

LOL, I can't bake a cake, they always turn out horrible! Pies and cookies, homemade bread, dinner rolls always taste wonderful. I get birthday cakes from Kroger if I have to have one.

I have about 50 pieces left to finish this puzzle. I don't sit there all day to work on it. It's on the kitchen booth table. Yes, I have a booth, instead of a table and chairs. When I walk into the kitchen I'll put a few pieces in and walk away.

So sorry Archer, somehow I missed your comment?

LOL, as long as I can still see, I'll keep doing puzzles!
