Remember the reason why we celebrate Independence Day!

Go for it!

I bet it is, that's pretty cool. Such a shame we are losing more and more of what those 56 Patriots fought for, but nope, we keep fighting with each other instead. Makes me feel sad about America's future. Oh well, maybe if we are lucky, we won't be around to see the demise of our country.

That does sound a bit gruesome. I haven't heard about blood still being in the ground, I'll google it and see what I can find on the subject. My mind says to me that it's not possible being that it's been well over 200 years, rain and snow have a way of washing things clean. Example, pesticides used in farming, if you want to claim organic, you can't use any chemicals on the produce/crops for 20 years, after that, it's considered clean.

The British replied with death, destruction, torture and all sorts of cruelties that can be thought of to punish the patriots wherever they ruled! Your country was not an isolated case! Though I am not an American, I salute those 56 men who did not hesitate to sign the Declaration of Independence of America two hundred plus years before!

Yes, the Brits were pretty bad, claiming everything, trying to conquer all. Kind of sounds like the US now if we all really think about it. They were brave men, lost it all so we could be free from the tyranny of England. Now look at us, we sit back and let the government tax us more and more everyday and Americans just sit back and let it happen.
