STAYING QUIET 10 DAYS HELPED For those that asked me, I had a follow-up appointment with my ENT. He is the one that told me to not talk for 10 days. Not an easy task. Anyhow the good news is that it really did help. He said things improved a lot. I have to see him in 3 months but he saw nothing alarming and no tests required. Thanks for all the concern from my SFF friends.  I have other medical stuff going on that will keep me busy for a month or so, but I will try to be here when possible. Elaine Shuel |

That is good news. It is always a lot better to get a good report from the doctor than a bad one! Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

When the doctor first told me to not talk for 10 days, I must have had quite an expression on my face. It was very hard at first but did get easier as time went on. Thank you, ET. I will try my best. I have medical things going on almost every week for a little over a month. Hopefully it will calm down as of the beginning of July if things turn out well. Now that one hurdle is over, I will try to be on here whenever possible, between appointments. Elaine Shuel
