STAYING QUIET 10 DAYS HELPED

For those that asked me, I had a follow-up appointment with my ENT. He is the one that told me to not talk for 10 days. Not an easy task. Anyhow the good news is that it really did help. He said things improved a lot. I have to see him in 3 months but he saw nothing alarming and no tests required. Thanks for all the concern from my SFF friends. I have other medical stuff going on that will keep me busy for a month or so, but I will try to be here when possible.

That is good news. It is always a lot better to get a good report from the doctor than a bad one!

Thanks Spirit. I am relieved about my throat. I was worried about it and it took close to 4 months to get the first appointment. In Canada we wait longer but don't pay. In the USA you pay but the waits are shorter, which could make a big difference.

Aww thanks Rae. I could use them for what I have coming up. I will do the same for your son-in-law. I will see if you replied on your blog since I don't really know what happened to him.

Thank you, Rocket. I don't want to keep talking about my health. I just felt that since I said about not talking, I should update everyone.

Congrats to you and Alfie.

When the doctor first told me to not talk for 10 days, I must have had quite an expression on my face. It was very hard at first but did get easier as time went on. I am glad that it wasn't done in vain. Things have improved and I am relieved. Thanks for caring, Ann.

Thank you, ET. I will try my best. I have medical things going on almost every week for a little over a month. Hopefully it will calm down as of the beginning of July if things turn out well. Now that one hurdle is over, I will try to be on here whenever possible, between appointments.

Thank you, Lilium. I have been worried about that issue for awhile. I am quite relieved to see things improved. I want to think and blog about non medical things.
