ARE YOU A CURIOUS PERSON?

I was writing this post and suddenly it disappeared on me. I dislike that so I will try to remember what I wrote. I am a very inquisiitve person. I ask many questions. I don't like unsolved mysteries. I want to know who did it and why they did. Many have grown up with the notion that one should accept everything they are told, depending on the year they were born. I grew up questioning what I was told. It had to make sense.

Sometimes questioning things can be very beneficial. I sincerely believe EVERYONE should take an active role in ones health. When I say that, it's because doctors have many patients. We have only one life. I was once told to get an operation for a problem I had. After researching I found a better one for the same condition. I asked my doctor and he said that operation was good for me. I found out later from his nurse, he didn't say that operation to begin with due to budget cuts. I was mortified. Also, my dad died due to a negligent doctor. This isn't a medical blog. It was really about not taking everything at face value. It is about asking questions and making sure things make sense to you.

Thanks so much for that well thought out response, Lulu. It's sounds like you are analytical like I am.

Yes, I'm a curious person.

I like to find out as much as possible about things that interest me, and things about which I know nothing. [lots of stuff falls into the latter category]

You are one of the most intelligent bloggers I have met, Rocket. Thanks for your cute answer.

Absolutely correct. Sometimes people don't want to tell you and you have to fish for the answers. Thanks for your response, Rubi.

Love that expression you wrote, Pat. I will have to remember that. The internet is a wealth of good information if used wisely. Thanks for your response.

I don't think there is any level of curiosity required, RosesLady. Being curious or not, is just a part of ones personality. Thanks for your comment.

I am curious, no tin a sticky beaking way though. I ask lots of questions, and always look for the facts. Seems SFF was hungry , as a comment I wrote on rangers blog disappeared too, and it's not something he, or anyone, would delete.
I dislike when comments disappear. Someone once thought I got rid of their comment, when I didn't have anything to do with it. I hope your comment on ranger's blog reappears.

I think it's great you ask questions to get the correct facts. Thanks for your comment, Bumpkin.

Yes, that is an important aspect to being curious. If I ask something that is too personal, everyone has the right to refuse to answer. I never get upset by that. Thanks for your comment, Puzzles.
