AN UPLIFTING STORY!!!

Today hasn't been a great day on the blogs, from what I've seen. Blog after blog has been on the nasty side. I decided to look for something to lift our spirits, including mine. The first site I found about good news, had nothing dated past 2013. That's rather worrisome. Thankfully, I found this elsewhere:

"Chang Suibin is extremely thankful after he was saved by twenty people who noticed he was trapped under a bus in China's Henan province. Passengers from the bus and pedestrians waiting at nearby traffic lights rallied together to lift the bus off of Chang and pull him out of harms way."

Do you have an uplifting story you'd like to share?

Thank you for the uplifting story, and no, I don't have anything to share at the moment that would make anyone smile. Things kind of went down hill last week and I'm doing my best to stay positive. Think I'll stop now before I say something I may regret!

Welcome to my blog, Herman. Yes I'm sure Chang Suibin is pretty pleased about it. Thanks for your comment.

I'm sorry to hear that, Nileyears. I was going to ask you if something was wrong but I didn't know how to reach you. You didn't seem yourself. I hope you know that we care about you. I hope things look up for you.

Thanks for commenting on my post.

Well that is an uplifting story in the true sense of the word. How on earth did a little kid manage to get himself caught under a bus. He is truly lucky there were so many people around to lift the bus off of him I cant think of any uplifting stories today. It was just another day in paradise and it is raining. It was actually coming down quite heavily when I was out and about in the neighbourhood.

Yes it was, Shartaun03. That's why I used the word "uplifting". I can't understand how he got under the bus either. It didn't say in the article I read. Thanks for commenting.

Yes we could. There are so many bad things going on in the world today. A happy story is a welcome change. Thanks Pat.
