Very good, Tanz. And what if others would just let others be...... Some of us tend to judge ourselves too harshly, while others tend to judge others harshly. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

There are a couple of points in this meme that I can relate to ..... and even a few more from early days back in my 20's and 30's. As you said......We need to be gentle with ourselves. **Please my friends, if you are experiencing many of the above feelings, reach out for someone to help you!!
