I wasn't quite sure where your blog was going by the title. But I will say that we have to find things about which to laugh, in all situations, or we will become bitter and depressed. I remember reading the story of Pollyanna, who always found something to be thankful for. I even knew a nurse, whose name was Pauline, and I called her Paulinanna because she looked for the positive also in everything. As for the starting of economic recovery, I do believe the when and how is generally up to the governors, just as the shut down time frame was also. I get tired of Trump's blustery way of speaking, and tired of his repeating and resaying the same thing over and over in the same sentence...…….. but overall, he has done a good job with this covid problem. He changed as the information and situation changed and as he was advised by his advisors, who also changed their opinions and projections. But governors do have authority over their own states, but would do well to discuss it and coordinate with him. Sadly, none of the governors or the POTUS have learned that there is no I in teamwork. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Since, I think it's similar to the military model: we're always preparing for the LAST war we fought. The next time around it may pose problems radically different from this one.
