When is a Fart a Bombshell?

Let me the grubers with this:

1. A fart is when you hear someone talking about something they heard someone talking about something they heard from someone else.

2. A bombshell is threatening to withhold a billion dollars in aid unless they stop investigating your in the next 6 hours.

The gruber Masters are claiming that item 1 is a bombshell, while quashing ANY discussion into item 2.

Of course, grubers feel they're having a brain bombshell whenever a thought makes its way through the vacuum. It's really just an item 1.
