Assuming here the money requested is for our California fires. Since the fires last fall there have been many ads on the radio for class action against PG&E for liability and negligence. Might be the same thing happening again. CA gets the money, PG&E passes the costs onto the end user. JB's train to nowhere moves ahead and maybe even a few public $$ go to Obama's museum. Politics
