A Snowflake in the Family

I guess if you go through your family, in-laws (out-laws) and the like, EVERYONE will have one. I have mine.

She's triggered by anything and everything. If you challenge her world view ("Me first, then NOBODY), you get a hissy-fit. Any space she occupies is a "Safe Space" - violate at your own risk. If you're already IN place, if she wants your place, it becomes one of her "Safe Spaces".

Special eating spaces. Special sleeping spaces. Special Lounging Spaces. No discussion, no argument.

Her name is Tribble. She's the Tortie-cat with me in my main pic. She's supposed to be sharing our abode with 2 other cats, but woe be unto them if they even LOOK at her the wrong way. And woe be unto me when she starts yowling that we aren't accommodating
ALL of her special needs. Especially between 9PM and 3AM. The complaints never end.

Of course, she's more likely to become reasonable than the human snowflakes we seem to have bred in the past 40-some years.

What an apt description ..... we got one of those cats too, and she scratches at the door to come in, then sits there and ignores me when I open the door. I stopped trying to coax her in.... I count to three, and if she hasn't come on in, I shut the door and she is in the garage, until I open the door for some other reason. Then she yowls and yowls at me. LOL.

Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.
