No surprise when her adopted Chelsea also exhibits mental illness. Then there's Goodtime Charlie, the "Winner". In a recent tweet, he claims to be "All for accountability". Except when it comes to giving his lovers HIV. Rosie wants Martial Law (don't give barry any encouragement) Charlie wants immediate Impeachment. |
