One Question Answered Why didn't the FBI indict Hilly? Millions want to know. Including competent prosecutors. Well, it would involve smearing themselves. It seems that, in exchange for cushy overseas FBI posts, Hilly's State Department asked the FBI to de-classify some of her server documents. Reduce their security ratings.
