Does a Supreme Court ruling become law of the land?

Yes - for about 5 minutes. After that, political lawyers are working overtime to find some other way to subvert the Constitution.

You may have a problem with the ideas of justice and morality. They are not the same. What the supreme court may find as justice, does not mean that your morality is being challenged.

One convictions, doesn't have to result in another's conviction, for there to be justice.

If they contravene God's law, should one obey?

Yes, the Dred Scott ruling was fair.

The bible supports the institution of slavery.

It just says that masters should treat them fairly.
