Well, sheesh, Ann. Just send me a loaf. Then I'll know if I want to bake some. LOL. It sounds like a good recipe. My gramma always bought over ripe bananas because they were so cheap. She stretched everything, so just eating fruit was a waste to her, it needed to be turned into something. She would make banana bread, or as she called it cake, and bake it in a thin pan so it was more the size of thin brownies. She did the same with applesauce. Our grams ha some of the best recipes, didn't they? Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

I have a breadmaking machine that I have been wanting to try out. Banana Bread might be a good project.

Interesting bread Ann but I don't like bananas baked in any kind of loaves or other desserts. I buy bananas and eat a couple every two weeks for their potassium. That is the extent of eating bananas. Thanks for posting your recipe.

I love banana bread, a good way to use up those left over ripe bananas. Thanks for the recipe.
