Hmmmm, I think the rest of us should be judges on this. We will all send you our addresses and you can send us each a loaf of it and we will let you know what we think. Sound like a plan? rofl

I took the rest of the cranberries and put them in a freezer bag and they are in the freezer.

We both look forward to more Cranberry Bread!

Does anyone want a Grape Nut Bread recipe my Grandma H. and Mom would make and I use it a lot also? It is a really old recipe. It makes 2.

Earthy I said it was a recipe you posted and the date 6/14/2020. We will be having it again for breakfast with fruit and fruit juice.

Alfie really liked it so that is a plus

I went back and found Earthy's recipe for Cranberry/Nut Bread. I will have to try it as I have some cranberries in the freezer. I will substitute the sugar for Splenda though.

I know I put how long but it didn't make it....it is 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
