50 years ago today

Our family was visiting my brother and family in California. We were watching the moon landing on tv. I took my girls, then 4 and 6 out to look at the moon.

We got to the fence and I told them to look up at the moon and told them there were 2 men on the moon right now.

They stood there a minute and Lisa said, I don't see them and Lori said, I don't either.

I laugh whenever I remember this.

Hard to believe that it has been 50 years for landing on the moon. I don't recall much about what happened back then. Your story is a cute one Abelle.
