I'm not sure about nipple size. That is off topic. LOL

My guess is---they stomp on them and the milk gushes forth.
Somewhat like the way they make your wine.

I wonder if it must be Pasteurized and refrigerated.
Cheese anyone?? LOL

Chocolate to enhance the flavor? LOL
