I've never felt the pain of gout, but I hear it is horrible. Joe got it when he was a young man, and has been on the medication, Allopurinol, for years. He has never had another flare up with it.
Tell Alfie that he will always be handsome to me......... and I'm NOT kidding!

Ann so sorry to hear about Alfie's gout. I worked with a guy years ago who had it on his feet. He had surgery on his. Hope he is feeling better soon.

Hi Ann: When I was a little girl I had gout on my big toes several times and the pain was excruciating. I hope Alfie will be o.k.

My son-in-law suffers from gout occasionally and having seen him suffering I know that its v ery painful. I feel sorry for Alfie and hope he recovers soon, and yes Ann I did miss him from blogs. Hugs for you both.
