Hi Ann,I like to remember people as they were the last time I saw them. I have avoided some funerals for this reason, the pain of seeing them laid out brings it too close. Lisa is now at rest and is suffering no more pain. I would prefer to know that that is the case. Im not able for pain at all, and I hate to see ohers suffering. You are a strong woman, with plenty of Ryan blood to keep you going. Once the Ryan blood is running through your veins, thats all you need. Hugs for you and Alfie.

Ann,
My brother has stage 3 lung cancer and has decided to live as fully as possible and forgo any heavy therapy. That is what >I learned when I phoned yesterday to wish him a happy 80th birthday. I will not be seeing him again, I am not allowed on flights of over 2 hours and perhaps it's best that way, I will remember him as he was when I last saw him in 1999. All my best to you and Alfie.

I completely agree with your choice of remembering the good times. I did the same when my mother passed last year. Sounds like Lisa had plenty of support from her children as she transitioned.

My thoughts remain with you and your family in the days to come.

Hi Ann: It sounds like Lisa had a lot of love and support and just hope she didn't have to suffer too much. I hope your grandson will make a full recovery and wish him much courage and strength to get through his treatments. So sorry for your loss Ann.

Ann you have good memories of the time you spent with her two months ago. To me I want to remember someone when they were still looking well and the good times we had. Lisa isn't suffering anymore and she is in a better place with the angels. Big hugs to you Ann!
