Praying for her in my way and sending good energies - same your way. I know it is harder to see one of your kids through this than go through it yourself.

Dear Ann: So sorry about your daughter's diagnosis, and hope she finds the courage and strength to get through this scary time. What helped me most was talking to survivors who had already been through the same type of cancer and recovered.

A very good friend of mine had half of her right lung removed a few months ago and is doing just fine with no radiation or chemo. All my best to your daughter.
