There comes a time to take the higher road. That is why I am sorry to see some on the "right" call for the cancellation of certain far "left" comics and shows. Give them enough rope, wait, and they will eventually hang themselves.... but I know,,,, it seems like a long wait. If Donald Trump had gone to the Embassy Ceremony he very well could have got a shoe thrown at him as did happen to George W Bush in Iraq. So our brave President sent his daughter. Her mission wasn't about bringing peace. The ceremony represented the opposite of peace ... and the end of any US involvement in the peace negotiations. Everybody knows it. If I'm hearing you correctly you're *upset because the media isn't slobbering and fawning over her picture. I'm not either. Are you fawning and slobbering?

Regardless of your opinion on who wants peace, who doesn't want peace, Trump's balls etc. It was a very bad deal. It's my understanding that United States Presidents deemed the Embassy move would be appropriate along with a peace agreement, which hasn't happened. So once again, I would like to ask whoever wrote "the art of the deal" for Donald Trump ... what did WE get out of the deal? Many US Citizens have relatives and friends in both Israel and Palestine. What did they get in terms of peace and security for loved ones? Answer ... nothing.

I wondered about her apology. "Jokes" are not usually spur of the moment utterings, but written out and practiced ahead of time, so she had time to contemplate what she was going to say. Are you asking me to judge him, or judge his Christianity? I won't. That's not my job, THANK GOD. If you are just asking my thoughts about his language, then I'll tell you. I don't like name calling, period. The word bytch is a pretty common swear word, and I've heard it all my life..... even used it myself, and not just in reference to a female dog. Our society, and in our blogs too, seems to be all into name calling and grouping people...... is that what the term "identity politics" means? This is not only a reference to cuss words, but to everything we say to other people. Another good example of how I fail to live up to the standard set before me because it includes many other negative types of conversation.
