" AN EULOGISTIC POEM FOR MY LATE HUSBAND".

My beloved husband has peacefully passed away on the 10th of May.
I have decided to post hereby my poetic eulogy in memory of the wonderful
life we have had since we got and remained married 45 yrs ago, until his demise.
*****************************************

MY BELOVED HUBBY,
Sitting alone in the gloominess of despair. I cry my silent tears,
My mind floats in nothingness. The silence is deafening to my ears.
The darkness frightens me,The loneliness surrounds me,
It takes my breath away,This is the pattern of my life,
Since God has called you home to be with him.
He took you away from me and......

Nevermore
will I see your smiling face
and feel your warm embrace.
will I wish upon the starry skies,
will I gaze in your loving eyes.

Not evermore
will I feel your lips on mine,
will my eyes sparkle and shine.
will I hear your tender voice,
your sweet words to rejoice ,
Since God's decided to take you Home.

WE HAVE ENJOYED:
Forty Five years together, Forty Five years of happiness,
Living in harmony, in love and always in tenderness
In spite of your notable status, you chose the humbleness
Your will in attentiveness demonstrated your greatness,
You've inculcated in us your devotion and faithfulness
No word can define you tendency to so much gentleness
And no expression can describe our profound sadness
As well as our greatest lost and our mournful loneliness,

My darling hubby,
The day you left, no words could you speak.
Hoping you heard me though you were too weak
I held you in my arms and the words were mine.
The sight of your last breath is tuck in my mind

My Sweetheart,
You've left behind a widow, your widow that am proud of being,
Of a wonderful, faithful and loving husband that you have been
Our life together was exemplary, a model to the youngsters,
Our beautiful was always the apple of our eyes
Whom we've grown, cared for, by our keen parental ties

BELOVED HUBBY and DAD,
Thank you for your endless love that helps us through each day
Thank you for the sweet memories that will never fade away
The hubby and dad, we cherish, being your and wife
Everyday in every way, we remember your words and your decent life
It's sad to think how things have been before
When you were here with us but you are no more.

GOD'S CALL
.When God called, and you went away
.
Out of this world to a brighter day.
You moved away to His splendid home,
Since the day, you have peacefully gone

Though Heaven and Earth divide us,
One day God will surely reunite us

GOODBYE HUBBY and DAD,
Rest assured, darling, our hearts are yours.
None can replace you, beloved ours.
Deeply safe in our hearts you will always stay
Until we meet forevermore, on the last day
Goodbye and Adieu, Our beloved hubby and dad,
May you rest in eternal peace.

With our love forever,
from your widow and your .
Elizabeth and Emily.

Karin dear, hi and welcome again to my blog.

How glad I am for your visit and for your meaningful comments. I can feel your pain as my own, it's not easy to lose the loved ones. My daughter and me, feel the void in the house, we really miss hubby but that's life and life goes on. I can't imagine and hardly accept that my hubby of 45 yrs of marriage is gone now. It's so sad, Karin but we have to accept God's wishes. Have courage dear, that's what we have to do now, I do share your sorrow as well, Karin, I know what it really means. Thanks again dear Karin.
My best wishes to you and the family.

Hank, hi and welcome again to my blog.

It's with a great pleasure and appreciation reading from you again. Thank you so much for your visit and your wonderful words, Hank. You've also found so nice wordings which are encouraging and pleasant. It's true that I was absent from blogging for sometime, due to the sickness of my hubby, for whom i had cared and attended continuously. It was my devotion to him until his last breath. God has given me enough strength to do so and am so thankful to God faithfully. God has eased his pain now and hubby is with him and happily watching on us too. Thanks again Hank. Kind words from a friend, re-comfort those in sorrow. God bless you and your family Hank. With my kind regards.
Lisa.

Thank you so much for your visit and for your kind words which I appreciate greatly. I do hope that gradually God will help me and my daughter to get over our grief. It's so hard for us. For 45 yrs being married to such a wonderful man, the separation is really hard and for my daughter who was very attached to her father too. As she is our unique child. However, as we say, time will heal.
Thanks again Hermit. I wish you all my best, My kind regards to you and all of yours.

Bijou, my dear friend, hi,

I am so touched and grateful to you for your visit and your nice words. I really feel the support and kind feelings of all of my friends and readers on here. I have written the above as my late hubby used to read some of my blogs before and he appreciated them. So, this is why I've posted it in memory of him and also for my readers too. My late hubby was such a tender man, so attentive to us and did all his best for our comfort, He passed away very peacefully after being ill for quite a time. He's been so happy to see our daughter before leaving us for eternity. Our daughter who was in France at the uni studying for her Masters. This was hubby's great aim before his demise. All went very well for the private funeral which we've organized for him. Now we trust God to guide and help us. Thank you once more Bijou. With all my appreciation to all of you.
With my kindest regards.
Lisa.

Hugs for you and your daughter Beth. Your husband...such a handsome man...and so loved by you. How blessed you were so have such beautiful love for so many years. Many people leave this earth never having known that kind of love. I know you will forever be grateful for that.

I pray that lovely memories and smiles will soon take the place of tears and sorrow each time you think of him. We are stronger than we think. Keep your chin up and remember that no matter where he is he still loves and watches over you.

Knight, my supporting friend, welcome to my grieving blog.

Always a pleasure reading from you. Your support, your given solace and your kind feelings, demonstrate the sincerity of a good friend in the mournful time . Thank you greatly for your august visit, for your support and thank you most of all for appreciating the trait of such a wonderful hubby of mine. Alas!! if you knew him personally , you would tell how great was that man. How friendly, respectful and heart-at-hand he was. Oh well, all these souvenirs will always remain and will be a model for me, my daughter and all others. No praise is needed but facts speak the truth. We greatly miss him but we'll continue to live the way he taught and to follow his foot prints. My daughter and I, thank you so much for your dear wishes. Left for us to cope with the new life and to do our best.
My kindest regards to you, Knight. Have a pleasant day.
Lisa.

Elizabeth this is a wonderful written eulogy. I can feel it comes from the heart. My prayers goes out to you and Emily and pray each of you find comfort in the memories he has shared with each of you..

We all handle the loss of loved ones in different ways, some easy, some hard, some a short period and some long but rest assured I as well as many other SFF'ers are here for you.

I believe there is a city not made with hands and streets of pure gold where there will be no more sorrow as well as no loved ones leaving. I beg you and Emily to enjoy each other until the three of you are reunited again.

1GA hi and welcome to my blog again.

I find no exact words to express my thankfulness to you. I do appreciate greatly all your supporting and sympathetic feelings. Thank you so much for appreciating my written and hearty eulogy for my late hubby. He was such of a great man and had a magnificent nature and simplicity, moreover a superb and inspired humanist which made him liked and appreciated by everyone who has known him before. An understanding person who always listened and helped others without any judgmental attitude. To wholly describe him, may take pages but all his love, his goodness, his deeds and humbleness have inspired by us and will remain in our memory forever. His uplifting was an example to the the younger generation. Thanks greatly for your faithful prayers and your encouragement, Hugh, we appraise them very much. So, life goes on and we have to live it . Our sincere greeting to you and the family. Thanks again.
Lisa/ Elizabeth with Emily.

Betty hi and welcome to my blog,

How glad i am reading from you again Betty, LTNS really. I hadn't posted any blog since long, I was busy with the my hubby's health. This above one is my first one since my hubby's demise and it's mainly a hearty tribute to him. Thank you dear for your visit and your nice comments which I appreciate so much.
Betty as you have experienced such grief, you can then understand mine, dear. It's not easy to accept such a loss but what remain are just the memory and the love we have shared. He's my first and only hubby, Betty, and am his only wife too since we got married 45 yrs ago, I was very young by that time. However it's God's plan and wish. and we have to abide by it.
thank you again Betty, hope reading from you again.
My kind regards to you and best wishes to all of you.
Lisa.

MLD,
Last night, you told me something that made me leave the under noted three lines for you and Emily to read and ponder. Meantime, thanks for taking me into confidence during those few days when you needed someone to talk and share your pains from time to time:

“When I dive into the depth of your infinitude
With all my heart and soul
Sorrow there is none, nor death or separation”

Your hubby and Emily’s dad was a wonderful person!
