The First Day of Spring "If I can't recognize her Would she recognize me On this new day of spring? I don’t know, don’t know!" |

Come home you who dwell in my heart. Do come out Forcing the dream-door open, Step into the crimson light Revealing yourself to my yearning eyes, As you flourish like a happy flower. Come out from your momentary shelter To stay for eternity, In my tears and laughter, ripples of life! Come home you who dwell in my heart.

Living where I do, it is sometimes hard to recognize the first day of spring..... the calendar may say so, but the eye may not see it. I guess it needs to be felt in the heart on those days. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

IT LOOKS LIKE SPRING IS MAKING YOU POETIC AND ROMANTIC. NOT SPRING HERE YET, FRESH SNOW IN THE MOUNTAINS, THE VIEW FROM DOWNTOWN IS BEAUTIFUL.

Sincerelytrue, perhaps we all become romantic when we feel the cool touch of the spring wind here in this part of our world on the first day of spring! Thanks for stopping by.

Lovely to see buds and flowers peeping through the soil once again. We had a very wet and windy start to Spring here in Ireland. The last few days are bright and dry and much more Spring like. Thanks for your cheerful post.

Thanks for your cheerful post. "Whether flowers bloom or not it's spring today!" I am happy to learn that the situation in your country has since changed and it is now much more spring like! Have a wonderful spring, Maudie.

Hi Look, thanks for your above blog. Hope you are getting on well. I had posted my comments about an hour ago but it seems that it didn't show, however, as I like flowers and the nature, undoubtedly spring is my preferred season of the year. Spring brings us all of its beauty, it also brings the happiness, sadness, regrets, pleasure and all sort of feelings of the past and the present. I hope you enjoy this Spring and those in the future. My best wishes to you Look and thanks again for this nice blog. Lisa.

Your garden is no different, Lisa. I have picked up a picture of a garden from the net and posted it at above for you and others to enjoy. Lisa, take care of yourself and stay cheerful always.
