Height of Innocence!

Innocence at its best!!

A small boy parks his bicycle nearby the highly secured government house located on a famous street of the capital city of a powerful country and walks on…….............

A cop stops him and asks: Why did you park your bicycle here…..don’t you know about this Street and the magnificent house? Many members of the parliament, foreign dignitaries visiting the country, even the president, and his cabinet secretaries pass by here…..............

The boy replied innocently: Don’t worry, I have locked my bicycle.

Innocence is so precious! Can we even remember when we had it?

Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Mrs.Joe,hello,
You are absolutely correct that innocence is really precious! To tell you frankly, I cannot really remember when and how I lost this virtue, Mrs. Joe!
Thanks again for stopping by. Have a nice holiday!

spiritwoman,hello,
Thank you so much for understanding the real message that is hidden in this blog. Sometimes innocent utterance points out to the real thing that need to be eradicated from everywhere! Have a pleasant week.

Lisztomania,hello,
Thanks for liking the blog and my signature line that I have quoted from my favorite English poet Alexander Pope. The poem 'Essay on Man' from where the line has been quoted is my favorite too. Have a nice and pleasant week,
Lisztomania.

Good joke Looklook, it gives us a smile but a smile with a thoughtful meaning. The meaning of such an innocent mind, which is rarely seen nowadays, once one has passed his real childhood innocence. Thanks for the blog.
Have a wonderful evening, keep well and hopeful always.
Best regards,
Lisa

Lisa.MLD,
This short story may sound like a Joke but it is not really one. The truth hidden in it came out when the boy uttered the hard truth innocently and without understanding the meaning of what the cop said to him about the persons who frequently use the street almost exclusively! Thank you so much for stopping by and your thoughtful response. Enjoy this evening and many more with your family and friends. Kindest regards,
look
