In gratitude to.............................. .I do not know how to express my gratitude to you,my sweetheart,for your going to the church everyday to pray for my early recovery from the massive heart attack I suffered on the 18th May.2014, midnight when we two were together chatting online on Yahoo Messenger. My love, it did surprise me when I came to know on my release from the hospital that you prayed to your God for a person's early recovery who does not even practice your faith!! You asked your God to save me as I am also one of His sons!! My sweetheart, please allow me to reproduce here what you said to your God, Quote…"God, I do not know where my beloved friend is now and in what physical condition he is, but you surely know that he is now in a hospital and you know best in what condition he is now. Please God, put your hand upon my beloved friend to cure him from all his sufferings. God if you really love me, then you should love my friend the same way and please God, prove it to me by curing him from his sickness even though he does not practice the same faith as mine"…unquote My sweetheart, thank you for doing the correct thing during those two dreadful weeks when you could not even know anything about my condition and about my whereabouts!!! Thanks again my sweetheart E G !!

mrsjoe, Thank you so much for your kind remark I am not a religious person but i believed in my friend's saying prayers for me almost everyday until she heard me talk to her on cell phone. She believed in what she had been doing for me. It is really rare to find such a true friend!! Thanks again for passing by the site!

Looklook, Glad you're better now and have recovered from your illness, wish your health will improve to reach its best soon. May I say that in any religion, it's the faith which primes and not the name of the religion. It's how and what good the person does for the others, from whichever faith he may be. God is only one but is just worshiped in different ways. He may be called God, Allah, Bhagabana, Brahman, Shen and so on, but he is the only and sole Almighty God I congratulate you for your Gratitude towards the person who, in faith, in belief and in prayers, could have helped you for your recovery. That was a kind gesture from a simple human being.. GRATITUDE IS ATTITUDE as is the quote. Good blog, keep it up. Looklook.

ET, if one just has the sense and the least humanitarian feelings towards any person suffering greatly, the so called "Trick" would really be meaningless and worthless too. I just don't believe it to be a trick, unless ironically it senses otherwise for you and/or if you have ever played such trick before !!

Beth1949. Happy to see you back to my blog once again, Lisa. It was also thoughtful of you to leave those meaningful comments for me to read and appreciate. During my sickness, I could discover many things which always escaped my attention in the past for reasons unknown to me. I discovered my friend EG afresh. I could not imagine that she would say prayers for me everyday!! Like JANO said in her post , I feel myself lucky to have blessed with such a caring friend like EG ! May I once again thank you Lisa for your kind visit and also for your excellent words left here. I am really regaining the lost strength and I feel like telling you that I have given up smoking as you always wanted me to do since we came to know each other !
