Help

I have re-read the Bill of Rights and cannot find any of first amendments which states the president can do anything he wants, yet our erstwhile, but ignorant, leader had referred an amendment which grants him such authority. Those of you well versed in the Constitution are respectfully asked point me where this is written. I appreciate you sharing your knowledge and understanding me.

Trump keeps saying that he as president has unlimited powers as set out in the Second Amendment, but obviously has no clue what he's ranting about. The man sounds more uninformed and deranged by the day.

I believe he referred to the 2nd amendment …. as he interprets it, anyway.

Considering you have it wrong. President Trump was talking about Article 2 which outlines the powers, not the Second Amendment. That being said it is my opinion that starting with George Washington every President has seized a little more power than what is granted to him. There is nobody to point at other than Congress and us the American people for allowing this to transpire.

FDR with his Supreme Court packing scheme which was him willing to take the unprecedented step of asking Congress to appoint six new, and sympathetic, justices to the bench. Only a national outcry against this unconstitutional skulduggery, along with a newly cowed court that began upholding Roosevelt’s laws, stopped the plan.

Barack Obama's "I got a phone and I got a pen" which he used to attempt to get around Congress.

We the American People need to kick Congress in the butt and do the job that they were elected to do.

I read the whole "speech" Trump made to the TPUSA convention.........At first I started watching it on video, but I was distracted by the flash-backs to Hitler's speeches at Hitler Youth rallies.........So I read it......fortunately I'm a speed-reader, though it was still excruciatingly painful in it's illiterate, inept, incoherent repetition and lies.....

Have you seen an animation of someone lying and every time they lie, a frog jumps out of their mouth and there is a mass of frogs at their feet hopping away.......That was Trump up there corrupting the youth.......He said nothing inspirational .......not one truth......never a coherent thought.....just torn-off ragged remnants of previous delusional rantings.........Pitiful......just Pitiful..........The comment about his power to do anything, just another frog......just another bite out of America that he immediately spit out to be trampled under the escaping frogs and mixed into the mud and feces Trump mistakes for power........
