Crazy /Hank is running scare yet again . What a wimp.

Crazy by name and clueless by nature.

Seems Crazy cannot stand the heat so he hightailed it out of the kitchen like a with its tail between its legs.
Just for fun I took a copy of my remarks and he can't delete them from my blog as he deleted his own ramblings after he was shot down in flames.
Then he bans me from viewing his blogs AGAIN - because he cannot stand to have his ridiculous arguments shown up for what they are.

IN REPLY TO CRAZYHORSE BLOG ATTACKING THE FBI WARRANT USED TO SIEZE MISAPPROPRIATED DOCUMENTS FROM MAR A MANGO

The specific wording is 'describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized'.

The warrant specifically states

QUOTE
Property to be seized

All physical documents and records constituting evidence, contraband, fruits of crime, or other items illegally possessed in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 793, 2071 , or 1519, including the following:
a. Any physical documents with classification markings, along with any
containers/boxes (including any other contents) in which such documents are located, as well as any other containers/boxes that are collectively stored or found together with the aforementioned documents and containers/boxes;
b. Information, including communications in any form, regarding the
retrieval, storage, or transmission of national defense information or classified material;
c. Any government and/or Presidential Records created between January
20, 2017, and January 20, 2021; or
d. Any evidence of the knowing alteration, destruction, or concealment of
any government and/or Presidential Records, or of any documents with classification markings.
That looks like a pretty comprehensive DESCRIPTION of what was to be seized (a LIST of specific documenta is NOT required)

The FBI took 11 sets of classified files in total, including four that were labelled "top secret". Three sets were classified as "secret documents" and three were "confidential".

The cache also included files marked "TS/SCI", a designation for the country's most important secrets that if revealed publicly could cause "exceptionally grave" damage to US national security.

That haul of documents seems to fit very closely with those which were DESCRIBED as to be seized in the original warrant

REPLY TO NILEYEARS equally ridiculous comment on the same blog.

1. The warrant had NOTHING to do with nuclear codes.
2. The warrant made no mention of routes for presidential visits. Read my previous comment which gives details of the warrant and the seizure. It is absolutely obvious that your post is ill informed nonsense or deliberate misinformation; I suspect the latter.
3. The "Russian hoax" trope is getting very thin beer in the light of the Mueller report (which I am absolutely certain you have not read. I have and it states quite clearly that the sitting President WOULD have been charged with up to 5 charges of obstruction of justice if he were not POTUS.
If you look closely at Mueller’s words he is effectively accusing Trump of at least four and possibly five obstruction of justice offences. In fact he detailed four to five acts that would meet the legal threshold to be charged as crimes — if Trump weren’t president of the United States. The fact that 34 people were charged in light of Mueller's report and most admitted their guilt, should give even the most partisan of FOX adherents pause for thought; if they were capable of thinking.
4. Judge Bruce Reinhart was appointed a judge in 2018 so could not have had any say on anything related to Bill Clinton.
5. Any EX President is subject to the same rule of law as anyone else. A duly authorised search warrant was served and executed. Why are the GOP suddenly opposed to the rule of law?

It pays to check the FACTS before you post fact free ramblngs in blogs --- even if you do delete it and try to hide when called out.
