The ONLY reason they did not appear in the House was that they were barred from doing so by the defendant himself. The same witnesses were requested (even subpoenaed) but their appearance was blocked in the most blatant piece of obstruction by tRump himself. The case is so obvious that even the Mango Mussolini himself has admitted his guilt. QUOTE " But honestly, we have all the material. They don’t have the material." The DEFENDANT in a trial is sitting on the evidence and the jiry does not want to see it, in what version of reality is that even possible? Your justification is not even credible. Surely, if there is evidence for a trial it must be heard.

Your knowledge of the US political system/constitution would appear to be lacking (if not non-existent). 1. The president HAS BEEN IMPEACHED - and he will remain so for all eternity. Nothing in the senate can change that. Only Congress has the power to impeach. 2. The Senate is charged with the responsibility to provide an HONEST jury to try the case for removal of the impeached president. They are CONSTITUTIONALLY bound to reach a FAIR AND IMPARTIAL verdict on the basis of the evidence presented. 3. The senate must vote by a majority consisting of 2/3 of those present and voting, to remove the president so moving 4 GOP senators to vote for would have zero effect. You really must take a course in Civics 101 so that you do not show your ignorance so obviously. Furthermore I suggest that you turn off Faux Noise and start reading or watching more impartial and informative media sources rather than simply regurgitating the completely false propaganda you have been force fed. P.S. The shortened form of THEY ARE is They're -- NOT there.

Today corporate campaign donation front organizations are calling in their markers reminding the senators why corporations pay to see they are elected. Check names of organizations placing pressure on the few senators who have leaned toward having witnesses. They are now being threatened by their own corporate backed bribery groups. They must not forget who owns them or they will be dropped off the campaign donation (bribery list that gets them in office & keeps them there. We are witnessing how corrupt the U. S. government is------how it is manipulated through lies & deceit------Just wake up, watch, listen, and think.---- Then put it together. Any educated person with reasoning ability can realize what is going on and why. Those who need someone to explain to them what they just heard are the manipulated with no hope----good luck in your life. LOL ?????? arguing if a trial should have witnesses???? ?????? A defendant orders a witness not to testify----then people claim those who want to hear testimony are wrong in wanting that.???? ?????? The defendant declares before the world that he has information investigators asked for and Congress does not have it-------so he is innocent ----because he obstructed Congress in order to keep them from getting the information --------by ordering obstruction.?????? dduuuuhhhhh THAT IS ADMITTING GUILT OF OBSTRUCTION (the second article of which he is charged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are afraid of more incriminating evidence coming out. I suspect John Bolton has some interesting things to say given what he has stated publicly already. It appears to me that the Republican brand is steadily losing ground. An unpopular Democrat named Clinton still managed to get three million more votes than Mango. The erosion for the Republicans will continue as the US becomes more diverse unless they somehow manage to change their stripes. I can't see that happening. The Reps will be tarred by Mango's tenure for the next decade at least .

The U.S. has people like Block who fall in line & say NO NO we can't have a witness or witnesses testify NOW ----BECAUSE you did not have them testify before. NEVERMIND THE FACT that the defendant had witnesses and government offices under direct order to disobey subpoena by the investigating body of government. Only the uneducated fall for that crock of crap. Wake up. The ball is in the Senates court.---------The Senate can prove it is corrupt like the president or that it serves the people rather than the corporations who pay to get them elected. Do not bet your savings on the senate representing the people. Vote against every incumbent in the next election.( We the people) must take this country back (for the people). THE WAY IT WAS DESIGNED IN THE BEGINNING. The time to do it is NOW! The movement is in the senate NOW!----trump & capitalist Corporations versus the people. The Corporations have the Senate bought & paid for but the people can prevail in the election if they have develop the will to stick together. Block Yes that's what trump says-------they have nothing-----he has all the documents. Thus admitting guilt to the second article of impeachment. The documents were subpoenaed by the investigating body of the U. S. government.-----He prevented compliance in any way. ALSO----- because of his attempts and success in blocking evidence ----it begs the court to open up testimony that would have otherwise been permitted. We will see what happens. Curiously the house investigators had no attempt to force Bolton's testimony -----so it now can be said their case is flawed. They do not care. They are campaigning-----turning the heat up to the election. Actually all of it is window dressing by the democrats---they know trump is protected. Remember to vote.

It is more than likely Bolton is the whistle blower. Whistle blowers are supposed to be protected beyond subpoena the way I understand it. Bolton was indignant and quit. The whistleblower was indignant and turned the liar in chief in. Neither party will pursue Bolton testimony (why???) A whistle blower must remain untouchable at all cost. And you don't pull the mask off the Lone Ranger .LOL
