WHO CAN I CONTACT ??

I would like to know who I can contact about a problem from the United States---- in Canada you can contact Marketplace or other's.

I had ordered product and never received it. I keep sending the company emails and called the phone number listed, which is 99% answered by a machine. I started this order last February, that makes it a year now. In November I did talk to a real fellow and he said they were having problems with sending the orders. He told me at that time to reorder, which was November 16, 2012. To this day I have received nothing and can't get anyone on the phone or through the computer site.

They had taken the money out of my visa the day after I ordered, quick to do that, but not quick to send product.

I would like help if anyone knows who to contact to check into this company.

Thank you for the help & I have filed with the BBB of Southeast Flordia & the Caribbean--- hope that will solve the problem.
It is for $62.80--- not like I'm loosing my "blouse"---lol. Just annoying to have company's ripping people off.
