How do I use my points to send an email?

I have 5600 points, and according to SFF I should be able to send someone an emai for 200 points.

I can't figure out how to do this.

I have used this feature in the past, but something appears to have changed.

Here's another problem I encountered with points.

I should be able to look at a profile for 100 points.

When I redeem 100 points to do that, the SFF system tells me I have succeeded, but then I can't seem to look at a profile.

When I use the search facility to find a specific person, the system tells me I have to upgrade to look at a profile.

I know I have used this in the past , and it worked.
