"Takin Care of Business"..........

.....Its the Businessman who uses his money which has been already taxed and buys property..... Its the Businessman who spends his money which already has been taxed and builds a factory..... Its the Businessman who spends his money which already has been taxed to buy equipment and machinery for the factory.... Its the businessman who spends his money which already has been taxed to buy raw materials so the equipment and machinery can produce the product in the factory on the property that he bought..... Its the Businessman who creates the jobs for the people to operate the machinery and equipment in the factory he built on the land he purchased, who pay taxes and buys homes and other goods and services in the community they live in..... Its the Businessman who spends his money to have those products his workers produced on the equipment and machinery in the factory on the land he purchased shipped to markets...... Its the Businessman who if able to finally realize a return on all he has done, risking his money, creating jobs and providing a product that benefits his customers has to pay the 2nd highest Tax rate in the free world. Its President Obama who tells the Businessman he is not paying or doing his "Fair share".....Class Warfare? No Mr President its Class Armageddon......

...Its the Businessman who creates jobs not the Government. The TEA party understands this and its the TEA party who are our last best hope to restore America's greatness once more.....

Its time to start reading the Bible, It will scare the Hell out of you...

The only jobs the government can provide are government jobs, and we sure have enough of them! Government jobs are the only sector that is growing. Now if nobama had any common sense, he'd realize that we all can't work for the damn government!

There is only one thing standing between nobama and Marxist tyranny: We, the People!!

It may be different in the States, but in Canada businesses are separate entities which file tax returns. Every investment or improvement in the business is depreciated against the profits of that business. Most owners pay themselves a salary(which is an expense to the business) out of their business revenues.

My family is in business. There's an up side and a down side to owing your own business.

I'm not sure that I'm on topic with this comment?

You forgot to mention: Its the businessman who closes plants and moves the jobs to other countries so that he can pay less in wages.

If he left the jobs here, this country would not be in the mess it is currently. Workers would be working, earning money and paying taxes.

Alfie...

It only takes a drop of ink to make a million people think. There are many stories.

I would like to add that most business in the U.S. is service and sales.
Production of material goods requiring factories and raw materials is becoming a memory.
The government has moved hamburgers into the manufacturing segment of statistics. Not exactly a durable product. LOL It does look better on paper.
Hopefully the tea party or any other party will realize that wealth in the world flows to where durable goods are manufactured.
There can not be balance of trade when one produces very little other than paper (sales contracts)
Tariffs on imported goods! Bring back the factories. LOL
Create jobs in the U.S.

Alfie you are so right. When you are continually punished for being successful kinda makes you want to go somewhere else. Thats why I have an ex-wife.

Sleek Beauty The problem with Government jobs is they produce no product and are paid out of the tax revenues.

TxJW you are spot on. Its time to eliminate corporate Taxes altogether. We all pay those taxes anyway in the price we pay for consumer goods and services.

You've forgotten a few things. It is the businessman who receives giant tax breaks to keep his factory/machinery/labor force....tax breaks in land use, in utility use...in many other ways.

And sadly for you, the only place where the poll numbers are lower than the are for the President, lower than they are for any Right wing wannabe, lower even than Congress, are for the Tea Buggers. Most people recognize malodorous B/S when they see it.

Just because you have silenced a man does not mean you have changed his mind.

Business will only create jobs when there exists a demand for the products that are capable of being manufactured. The priority needs to be on creating jobs, not on incentives to businesses because until demand exists the incentives will not be spent to create jobs. Business 101 indicates as much.

I agree with Tx_JW. Bring back tariffs on all goods manufactured offshore. That means sub assemblies and finished goods. That is the way to bring manufacturing and jobs back to the US it is not through increased incentives to business.

I don't know what type or size of business you owned. A person that has run a paper route has a far different and naive viewpoint from someone that has created and operated a large business.

The current tax system makes it more profitable for business to (manufacture) off shore and (SELL the product HERE).
A tax break for buying machinery does aide in creating jobs---but since most of the machinery is manufactured off shore---the jobs are created there rather than in the U.S.--THAT IS HOW LARGE CORPORATE PROFITS SOAR AND THE ECONOMY STAYS STAGNANT (NO JOB CREATION).
Tax breaks for big business produces more foreign jobs than U.S. jobs.
THAT IS WHY THE LAST BILL TO CREATE JOBS FAILED.
BUILDING INFRASTRUCTURE HERE WILL CREATE JOBS HERE--the tea party fails to see that---it only complains about the last attempt to create jobs rather than offer a solution.
Bridges, roads, schools are tangible and require raw materials etc.
Sooooooo with the tea party determination to (not) fund anything--just forget it!!!!!
Mention a bailout and they will be first in line!!
By election time the tea party will be a pimple on a politicians backside. The debates are showing how radical the so-called candidates are.(N never accomplished anything!!!!!!!!!
A worker building a bridge does not draw unemployment---but he DOES pay income tax. THAT ELIMINATES MONEY PAID FOR (NOTHING IN RETURN) AND CREATES INCOME IN TAXES RESULTING IN SOMETING TANGIBLE THAT LASTS FOR YEARS.
I am waiting to see what the tea party does with that job creation idea. Actually it came from Henry Fords accountant and partner way back before FDR. LOL The current President can't be blamed for it!!!
Fords accountant raised factory workers wages to an all time high thinking that with MONEY to spend it would help the economy---Of course (republicans) at that time claimed it was unpatriotic to raise wages so high-----Nothing has changed on the later!!!
A working class with MONEY to spend plus the ability to pay for a home worked fairly well until decontrol of the banks, oil, utilities, breaking unions, and reagan trickle down economics became policy. Since then the U.S is on a downward spiral.
We need a U.S. Workers Party. (better yet--a Workers Special Interest Group with lobbyists to pay into election campaigns). Campaign donations get something other than lip service.

BooRadley. Maybe you should do a blog on how great the economy is with all the left wing progressive policies we have had under this Administration.....
Skipper I guess you missed the part in Business 101 where it says Tax something you get less of it Subsidize something you get more of it.....maybe you were to busy picking up aluminum cans to take to the recycling center.....

Not even close as usual.

I will put my business credentials up against yours any day of the week and twice on Sunday. Your claim about the effects of subsidization and taxation does not stand up to the historic facts of either. It is time for you to hit the books and spout something other than poorly conceived opinions.

NotsoRight I really can't answer your question fully as I am not that familiar with the tax code, all I know is that the tax rate for Corporations is 35% 2nd Highest in the world just slightly less than Japans.

TXJW What the TEA party is objecting to is the Government waste, Seems like I recall that the last stimulus created jobs that cost over 225,000 dollars per job created. Thats not right,....anyway thanks for the in depth comment about the problem.

Exactly the point I was trying to make.---$225,000 for every job created in the (U.S)?---IF jobs created (OFFSHORE) were factored in---the $$ amount per job would be much less.
Futhermore The tea party objects to Social Security as we know it and National Healthcare----The tea party considers the two things that benefit the little guy to be a WASTE???????????????
I can agree with you that the WEALTHY would think those two things are a waste since they do not NEED either.
Sooo vote for trickle down economics. The wealthy will laugh all the way to the bank.LOL
And the little guys should always remember the tea party health care solution---DO NOT GET SICK. LOL
And pray that after 50 the insurance company does not cancel their policy.
It is a long wait between 50 and the time medicare kicks in.
Well the wealthy and those ALREADY on insurance paid by the government(which the tea party considers WASTE) are not concerned with it. They have theirs.
National Healthcare for (AL.
Most other industrialized nations can not be wrong.
It IS a class struggle.

It's the businessman who clearcuts old growth forest.
It's the businessman who almost wiped out the whale population in the 1800's.
It's the businessman who entices the ignorant into bad mortgage deals.
It's the businessman who pumps toxic waste into lakes and rivers.
It's the businessman who stonewalls for decades about how his legal, adult, product causes serious illness.

Its the Consumer who demands products from clear cutting forests.
Its the consumer who demands products from Whales.
Its the consumer who demands a home without the means to afford it
Its the consumer who demands products from those who pollute
Its the consumer who demands harmful products like cigaretts and alchol...........Its the Consumer who provides the demand and searches for the cheapest product and the Businessman is only to happy to oblige.....

AlpineMeadow you are correct it is a 2 way street. I do find that businesses who practice underhanded methods and ethics eventually go out of business. The more responsible the Company is, the longer and more profitable they become. IMHO.....

It is the businessman that needs a bailout when the consumer has no job or income to buy the foreign product that the businessman brings to the U.S.
It is the businessman who goes to congress for a bailout in a private jet.
