Size Matters I spent the last couple of days relocating the things I had stored in the cat house and helping my get a few minor things we had to take care done. One required going under the house (yuck – dead sewer system left over from the replumbing, spiders and lots of dust. ) I also had some things stored under the front bedroom from when my oldest used that room. I decided to retrieve them while I was half way there. You don’t crawl under a 100 year old building in a gown. Fortunately I have some of the best gear available for that – my in law’s old BDU’s and a pair of service boots I used for serious hiking before the arthritis interfered. The city inspector stopped by to catch up while I was under the house. She and talked to me on the phone, knew my age and like most had some pretty standard ideas of what a senior was. The look on her face as I crawled out was priceless. I’m sure she never expected to see a 70 year old woman completely decked out for combat crawl out from under a house. She asked why I was the one to go under the house. I straightened myself up, stood next to my 6’3” and said Because I fit.” Sometimes it’s that simple. Spiritwoman ^i^ |

Know what you mean about accepting limitations. It took me a out twice as long to get things done and let's just say it is a good thing no one saw me turning around. Spiritwoman ^i^

You would love the picture of my "outfit". My son in law is considerably bigger than me and the material in the pants stands up rather than drapes. Makes me look like I am all hips and thighs. Spiritwoman ^i^
