Viva Las Vegas We are in Las Vegas for a couple of days for a much needed change of pace. It's noisy and crazy but hopefully will get me out of the low energy phase I have been in for the past couple of months. Today I came out a couple of dollars ahead in the casino. This is unusual for me. I usually set a budget of how much I can for the day. I get too distracted by the crowds, noise, lights and activity to do any sort of serious gambling so settle for finding the most interesting slots. A couple of hours of that and I am fried from sensory overload. Fortunately there is lots of other things to do. Tomorrow I plan to spend the afternoon at the pool. It's amazing. Large and circular with a shark tank rising out of the middle. Alife's turtle would love it. Hope to get some pictures. The best part has been being able to walk around all day without pain. I brought a cane in case I needed it if I had to climb lots of stairs but day 1 done with no pain and no cane. Hurray for effective supplements. They are costly and it's a nuisance to have to take them regularly twice a day but it's a small price to pay. Spiritwoman ^i^ |

Have a safe and fun trip. I always think and going to one of the big bashes but so far I always have family things for my big trips. Spiritwoman ^i^

I'm sure you would find Vegas very much changed. It's still fun but if you don't know where to stay, eat etc. It can cost a fortune. Not like the old days for sure. Spiritwoman ^i^
