Reminder This is hardly new but seems to be one of those things we need to keep reminding ourselves of. It came intone of my daily reads today. The fact that I am not responsible for other's issues is something I need to be reminded of frequently. Great, Spirit... totally agree! Hey Leafy... it's all about politics you know! Many of us here, whether you realize it or not, do read newspapers either on paper or on the internet plus we watch world news. So bottom line is we don't have to read about here... after all it's a total repeat!!!

Me too. We will be heading back to CA on Tues.  . Looking at the bright side the internet will work almost all of the time. Here it is intermittent at best. It takes several tries to get something posted and some of the pics on fb never do open and all of that is without the fact that I only take my tablet when I travel. It's a full windows system but ......... good old 8.1 only a touch screen.Spiritwoman ^i^

Me too which is why I posted it. As one of my favorite staff trainers to say "first ask who owns the problem before you react.". It turned out to be invaluable both for dealing with disgruntled staff and helping clients clarify Spiritwoman ^i^

Happy Valentine Day Spirit. I'm not in here too often any more. Not feeling too good, but that will pass. Most of the posts, I can't even be bothered to look at....but I always stop at yours and a few others. I just love this and going to steal it (is that OK) and post it on my refrigerator It's a good reminder to hold the peace I have, close to my heart and ignore the conflict. Bless you dear lady. Glad you are interested in what I share. I know there are many who don't but no group of people will ever have the same likes and dislikes. I figure if something rings a chord with me it will with some as well. Lately I don't read too many blogs either. I usually take a peek but if it id anything that disturbs my tranquility I move on. This particular quote is a reminder I need regularly myself. We all need to put our thoughts and energies in places that will improve things. We can only assume responsibility for ourselves.
