Revenge We all get frustrated with our computers and electronics at times. I had a cell phone I thought about throwing out the window and driving over. We have all considered using your laptop as a Frisbee. Someone took it to the extreme. We found this on one of our lake hikes. Had fun speculating on what happened. This is possibly simpley frustration of someone who came to the wilderness, found his laptop didn't work and maltreated it. I'm more in line with your thoughts. I'd say someone caught their partner exchanging sexually tinged e-mails. The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page: St. Augustine

Maybe just an easy way to dispose of some unacceptable material It looks a bit damaged!! I found a shoe on the roof of my car last week, one perfectly good white shoe.

Actually I thought about pulling one of my "dumb blond" pranks and taking it into a repair shop. Chuck is thinking about taking it to a friend who does computer repair and telling him that his dumb blond girlfriend is demanding he get it fixed - and she was holding the gun when she said it. Perhaps someone just moved on into the new tablet era, fed up with all of the problems encountered through pc and laptops and just decided to destroy past remnants of old technology and privacy.I have a few I need to destroy also.
