Foto Friday - Hats, Hats, Hats

For me hats are necessary and functional. Due to a neurological issue I have to keep my eyes shaded (hat and sun glasses) when in sunlight. It has been this way all my life but it has never stopped or slowed me down. I am always outside and live in one of the sunniest places on earth. If the sun is out, which is most of the time here, so am I. As a result I have hats and sunglasses everywhere so I can just grab and go.

These are the ones I have handy here in the canyon. Nothing fancy, just sun hats for calmer activities and sport caps when I am active. The caps also serve to hold my hair down when I drive topless – again any time I can.

I wonder if I misunderstood your statement "When I drive topless"??? Maybe not. Nice selection of sun hats.

hate to disappoint - it's the car that is topless. If it were me I would get a ticket for making people throw up!

You're not missing a lot as they are a nuisance to deal with. I remember having a couple of fur hats when I loved up your way.

Nice collection of hats. Just one question: Why do you want to hold your hair down when driving topless? Oh, I see. It's sort of like Lady Godiva ....
