Foto Friday - Remembering 9/11

My spiritual practices include using the medicine wheel. This has many purposes. One of them is walking the medicine wheel to celebrate the cycles of life and nature. As I face the north, or winter of life. I remember those who have passed on, celebrate their passage and look forward to the next cycle - Spring and rebirth.

Unusual presentation. The seat looks to be very welcoming as though waiting for someone to take a seat. Good job.

It only takes a drop of ink to make a million people think. There are many stories.

The bench is always waiting for someone to sit in it. It is a place I share with many.

SpiritWoman - life, death, rebirth and the whole cycle has to be appreciated and celebrated - therefore, congratulations.

Yup, we are likely from the same club when it comes to spiritual beliefs. Most of the older earth based belief systems are similar to your eastern beliefs and include the cycle of birth, death and rebirth.

Hi Spiritwoman,

Thank you for introducing to me the medicine wheel. I also note the banana plants and wonder if you have mangoes too.

Yes - banana trees that are currently producing abundantly. No mango's though. They don't seem to do well here. The trees in the photo are avocado on the right and peach on the left - also over producing this year.
