bananas,bananas.and more bananas

I eat lots of bananas every day,6 to 8 or more.I usually let them set around a few days to get ripe, now I got bags of bananas every where ripening. I,can't afford grapes my second favorite, at $2.50 a pound and 8 to 10 lbs of eating grapes every day, that adds up.since I live only on raw fruits and nuts,it gets expensive.does any one else eat a lot of bananas or eat a lot of fruit.

Hi Jamezee: I think you are eating way too many bananas. Your potassium level must be sky high, and I'm pretty sure your sugar and insulin levels are being affected as well. I hope you will ask your doctor about this.

the raw fruit in nature will not hurt you no matter how much you eat.if you see nature programs of monkeys or chimps.they can eat only one fruit for weeks if thats all their is.I've been doing this for over 30 years.my doctor thinks its great, and says i"m in perfect health.I don't recall ever being sick in the last 30 years.Ive read hundreds of books on the subject of health and nutrition and experimented on my self.

If you eat only fruit you will never thirst.since bananas are 75% water when ripe, your body will absorb that water,as is all fruits are 75% to 90% water.I've gone for months without ever drinking water or any kind of fluid, and i never get thirsty, yet i urinate out about 2 quarts of fluid.

I will have to remember that when peeling bananas.I tried a vegetarian before my fruit diet and found i was always hungry, unless i mixed them with oils and other stuff like raw potatoes which is not natural to mix.and grains is to hard to eat more than a hand full unless you doctor them up or cook them ,which is also not natural.once in a while i will eat raw potatoes or celery.

I never thought about it that way, but I only eat bananas in the winter and spring when other fruits are to expensive.4 large oranges in the morning and then 4 bananas about 1 hour later. 4 or 5 bananas at noon.

Hi again Jamezee and thanks for the response. If you feel well and your doctor thinks eating all those bananas and not drinking water is o.k., then great. You may be on to something important because you do look very health and also extremely young for your age.

I live in Canada in an area where there are many fruit farms and wineries, but you'd never know it from the price of fruit here. Even in the Summer, sweet cherries cost about ten cents each in the store, apples are about fifty cents each, and yesterday I paid $2.00 for one avocado, and $1.00 for one tomato.

Your body needs protein, eating bananas does not cover your daily intake of protein, you could try tofu and beens. Having a lovely skin does not mean that your body does not lack other nutritious
I get protein from the raw nuts and seeds i eat.that tofu is concocted which is unnatural and beans have to be cooked which is unnatural.I try to eat food the way nature intended.

I think one reason fruit is so expensive, is more people are wising up and buying more fruit.just about every health book you buy these days will tell you to eat more fruit and vegetables.
