It was my intention to make some very similar suggestions to you, Ben. I think personally that limiting the number of pictures each person submits was badly needed and I would have suggested one entry per person. Thanks for attempting to bring order out of chaos.  Alfie...

Star....ya know, if everyone were as honest and enthusiastic as you, what a hot-diggity place this would be. No need to dress in sack cloth and ashes, LOL. BTW, one of these weeks I'm gonna have folks try modifying their images with Photoshop or other photo editor to see what kind of interesting images they can come up with. Hi ben, I agree with you, and like a few members said I too think one each would be enough. I started off with great enthusiasm last week trying to comment on every one but I couldnt keep up in the end and had to pass some by. Black and White should be fun, is it ok to have a "lesson" from my daughter? I feel I am beginning to take an interest in photography at last. Better late than never.

With respect, I think the occasional TIC entry is appreciated, and judging from the comments to my "Five Roses flour" entry, those who submitted a serious entry were not offended. I really hate to have my ideas about creativity "legislated" like this, and have lost my enthusiasm to participate. Carry on. That's only my opinion, and do not want to spoil anyone else's "fun."

These terrible "mockers," I believe they add up to the grand total of two, and I was one of them. I'll let the other member speak for himself. And golly gee....we sure were offensive all right. At last count, those two blogs received 37 comments (all positive) and unlike your darling little blogs, half of them were not posted by the blog owner. Hugs, kisses....and all that jazz.

star, thanks. I always enjoy your creativity. Too bad we couldn't post multiple pictures on one blog (like other cyber forums). That would solve the blog clogging problem. I have just written a blog about "legislating" creativity. I think you may like it.
