Sounds delicious Karin. I must get Ann to make it sometime. Oh! She's the cook in this family, though I'm pretty good with a Marmite sandwich...

The flu....already? Bummer!! So you're forgiven.....the butternut squash soup looks wonderful....I'm gonna have Sandy copy the recipe and make it some fall day. Hope you get better quickly.....you gotta be on your toes soon.

Hi Karen.....looks like a yummy recipe and I love making soups so this will definately go on my to do list of soup making. Hey I've had this congestion and cough since the 8th of September and it is still dragging on so I know how you are feeling. It is really hard to shake and just when you think you getting better it gives you another kick in the butt. I've pretty just about everything to get rid of it. Good post Karen!

You take good care of your self and get better, we gots lots of partyin' to do before long in St. Pete. Yes, I meant to say that.

I have never had squash soup. Sounds good! Would you believe I have never used fresh ginger! What else can I use it in? I know I know, google it but I would rather you suggested some things. I remember copying the recipe last time but as with most recipes I copy...don't get them used. I have a whole binder full of recipes. I also belong to a recipe/cooking/hints site and get lots from there.
