I agree completely!!!!! Can't wait for the next meeting of...FRIENDS! Some believe in destiny, some believe in fate. I believe that happiness is something we create

What a wonderful bunch of folks were there!!!! We all had the greatest time. I learned that there must be some 'south' in me....I understood every word that 'certain people' were saying!!! [They're soooo precious...bless their hearts!] LOLOL

Karin, We southerners do have a drawl. I spent several months working in Buffalo, NY a few years ago. It was like I was speaking another language. I could not order my own food, couldn't go through a drive through. Sooo, to compensate, I spoke more slowly in order to be understood. That certainly didn't work. Only when I spoke as fast as I could did I start getting some food on my own. Nashville is a great town. Plan on making it to St. Pete this year, and looking forward to meeting you.

Karin ~~ One of my favorite pics. Thanks for adding it to your blog. With regard to the Southern drawl: I found it charming. It's as hard to understand as Ben's Hindi accent! And, if I may... I learned that those I've communicated with in print are even nicer in person. I learned that TennisBud is really a great dancer! I learned that road trips with Thelma and Louise are the best! I learned how to say "tattoo". The positive is there. Sometimes it's just hard to find.
