On August 2nd an election will be held in Kansas.. The results of which will be the most telling and talked about.

I doubt people will understand it.. What it means.. and how it effects the entire country.

The referendum is to overturn the courts and Kansas constitution right to an abortion. The right is ONLY to have an abortion.. there are still over 20 restrictions on abortion in Kansas.

the writing of the bill, and title of the bill, the endorsements, and advertisements are a Lie and a manipualtion.. Its title is... "Value both the rights of a women and a ."
When it is entirely a pro-life, theocratic, and republican referendum. design to BAN abortions. But they all know a referendum to Ban abortions would not pass.

This country is in a world of hurt...beside the inability of the public to oversee the government. It all begins with the government inability to oversee itself. Lies and manipulations have no place in a democracy and representative government.

a response to tx on this blog

know I beat up Texas alot.. but there is a reason. As you see Texas as Texas..
I see Texas as America. No States better typlifies the demographics, the economics, and thus the politics of America....
I see Texas as what America could become.
Every problem we currently have can be drawn from Texas...
God, guns, abortion, election integrity. monetary political control, prejudice, bigotry ,, race, immigration.. elitism, propaganda, law enforcement, and the fight against democracy. no State better exemplifies it..

Texas should typify what a 'purple" state should be. a battlground of ideas because of it's population diversity.. but it's not.||
Ulvalde typlified the failure of citizens local control over their own local government.. coupled with other shootings shows the lack of government to do something about it and the government coverup
The electric grid issue, and the talk of sucession shows the lack of American, solidarity and more a sense of independence
the Texas Democrat legislature going to Washington DC to get help with voting rights shows Texas one sided governing
The adoption of the six week abortion law and the vigilantism.. was an abomination. that No American could or should support.
The monetary control of politics by a couple of billionaire theocrats through bribes , intimidation and threats.. their own Godliness and separation of Church and State and in regards to "EDUCATION"
There is a significant political segregation in Texas..which should even the balance of power but does not.. The political difference can extend just a few miles from Dallas to Fort Worth. from Midland Odessa to El Paso and from top to bottom Amarillo to Houston... with Austin stuck somewhere in the middle
Texas is a microcosms of the United States. But no matter where you live.. You really don't have a say.
Can Texans take Texas back.. the problem and frustration is .. I doubt it.

Beto O'Rouke will lose..becasue in Texas people don't really have a say.
