Republican hypocrisy

What's going to happen.. Republicans officials in red State will soften their stance..the ones that supported a ban will change to limited access

Don't be fooled..
they are abusive husbands.. who after slapping you around will say they will never do again.

As this issue for States become the ONLY election State issue..
Republicans will try to protect themselves to stay in power.
It will happen.

horror stories, like with more shooting, are on the horizon about abortions.

All the stories will originate in States that ban abortion.

Like guns it's not about the gun.. It about the ammunition.

And Democrats now have all the ammunition.

Kansas has not banned abortions, because the Kansas supreme court ruled in favor of pro choice.
Kansas is putting up a referendum to over turn the courts in Kansas and give the sole right to abortion restrictions to the legislature.
It's propaganda. to get people to vote for the referendum without knowing what the restrictions are going to be. it typical Republican .. LIar, liar pants on fire.

My only hope, which i do have some evidence.. is Kansans are more honest and not as stupid as Texans.

The next is the same as this one....the continuation of preventing the demise of Christianity, that is caused by sexual permissiveness (contraception) and sexual perversion (Lgbtq)...
It's not about autocracy ....it's about theocracy.
It's a mockery of our democracy
It's about the right to fight, and not the fight for right.
It's not about minors.. it's about vaginas
it's not about booze..... it's about tattoos
It's not about conspiracy rings.. it about abnormal piercing rings I don't say that as tongue and cheek.. although tongue does work.. It more about tits, clits and half wits with a penis perversion and a dick ring
It's not about god.. It's about the land of Nod
It's not about freedom FROM religion.. It's about the freedom OF religion

It's not about how big an ass you can be.. it's about how much ass you can get.

of course i think they all going to Hell.. but all I can say to the rest of Us is HELLO!
Wake up, get out of bed.....or you're going to lose your "head"

At the risk of putting my neck on the block, isn't it about equilibrium - a natural redress (in this instance) of a democratic society's excesses, e.g. sexual permissiveness (contraception) and sexual perversion (LGBTQ) now out of whack and so the pendulum swings to another extreme in an attempt to counterbalance. Of Christianity and throwing out the baby with the bath water. All actions have consequences.

I don't think so. There is overwhelming public sentiment in directions contrary to where right-wing political power is pushing the country. For example, there is overwhelming support for choice for women, for a much higher national minimum wage, for guaranteed private/public health care for all, for sensible policy to address the problem of gun violence, to include background checks and an outright ban on assault weapons. People do not want infringement upon their religious freedom, they want action on climate change, affordable college education, affordable housing, child care, transportation and subsistence. They do want retirement that doesn't result in cuts or elimination of benefits. They want safe neighborhoods, a nation that isn't under the threat of a foreign power and they don't want to be involved in endless wars. The American people agree on most central issues and that is reflected in poll after poll. There is no pendulum here. The problem is right-wing subversive efforts to force a reality upon the public the public does not want. Donald Trump, and the Fox Corporation, told so many lies and whipped up fringe elements that people are losing from coast to coast now. Nobody is happy with this, we voters have been marginalized and political obstruction has replaced the debate on ideas. America is stuck in a mud-wrestling nightmare in an unfair fight.

I love it.. yes it does
and what leaf said too.. You can't draw the line on those folks when it Comes to Truth, morality and religion. It will invade every aspect of everybody's life. You don't dictate what a person should and shouldn't do..Like if you don't allow it.. they won't want to do it. one has nothing to do with the other.. You have one choice if you disagree...allow them to do it.. until they figure out they don't want to do it anymore.

For me, I can hate the current sexual morality
But I hate more, the idea that government and has the right to dictate morality

It's a matter of trust and understanding that morality dictates itself. It has the ups and downs of a rollercoaster ride. but morality does experiment with itself.
We need to let the experiment with morality take place....to know what morality is.

the idea that the pro-choice people don't care if it's victimless immorality.. immorality to them is immorality.. but they know the rest of of care. So they Lie and try to say Abortion is immoral because the fetus is the victim.. First abortion is bad...but one needs to understand there is more than one victim from and unwanted pregnancy. The mother, the father, the parents, the siblings and yes the government.

Thanks for bringing my attention to the issues you've raised. I don't envy your situation and can only hope your nation will find its way forward. Like many others world-wide, I have scant regard for the morally corrupt power monger that Trump is. A slippery critter that needs to be taken down.

Hasn't the experiment with morality been in existence since the beginning of mankind? How far have we come and at what cost? Aren't we all too often wise in our own eyes/missing the mark?

True. I had an abortion which for me was a practical solution and not entirely selfish. The procedure wasn't legal/Govt. funded at the time.

As we look at the scientific evidence of evolution.. we discover the physical nature of man. but evolution is not just physical.

It nearly impossible to measure the morality changes to man.. but I believe it essential to our evolution.. Man is flawed and with that comes the flaws in our moral evolution. For 2000 years we have been stuck in a moral dilemna.. Created by a God we do not know.. As God has created our morals.. man has created God.

It is man, not God, that has created our moral stagnation..Before 2000 years ago, humans did fine with their moral evolution. It's so hard to do that now, as in our distrust of man....we can find trust. but it has to be. Even in our darkest time, we must Trust that what right with humans will Always win out, over what's wrong with them.
