Gun rights and wrongs Sometimes doing things that keep the status quo can be good.. It may seem that even the small stuff doesn't have an effect...But that's not true. in the case of guns the fight about it, is worst than either outcome. The writing is on the wall..given the society, the economy, and the government things are only going to get worse..Hurting people, hurt others. There is true irony today about gun control....Those that fears a gun ban and refuse to do anything.. will lead themselves to a gun ban. We think we got it bad now..but it won't be until it's a lot worst that anything is done, and a lot worse is right around the corner if this fight continues and nothing is done. Those that do not support gun control cut their own throat. Although progress requires pain, Sometime we just have to wait and let them bleed out. Most gun supporters never understand that sometimes getting what you want...causes you to lose what you have. |

For most gun control people anything short of a ban on automatic weapons is spittin in the wind. But for them, with a mouthful, sometimes all you can do is spit. Most of the gun control elected official are willing to spit..even if it blows back in their face. For most elected officials their bark is worst than their bit. I don't mean that figuratively.. I mean that literally. The true detriment to gun control is the fight, and not what elected officials are fighting for. As is the detriment to our democracy, it is not the choice but the fight. I don't need to choose sides.... When things go down they are going to go down HARD.....Eventually their will be a ban on guns... and our democracy will be unrecognizable by current generations. I don't need a crystal ball to know that....What I do know is there are a lot people in this country who have crystals balls...that are going to get their balls busted.

Cricket, don't look too hard at it ... you might not see it at all. You want some results NOW ... control the FCC. Americans are too stupid, gullible, immature, etc. etc. for social media ... and that's something we can control ... other countries do it. AND we can control Media liars ... other countries do that too.

When the people of this country could reason away Lies. When the Truth no longer mattered simply because it was the truth.. There is no going back. When Trump was elected...When Trump divided the country.. when Trump wasn't impeached (twice)....When elected official stop believing in oaths and promises.. and we let them...When the majority didn't rise up..there is no going back., We can stop the media, we can elect better people, We can protest and boycott. But a Right wing minority has a stranglehold on certain parts of the country.... Maybe, we can be effective by creating consequence for Liars and threats.. but our prisons are already overcrowded.. And if Trump doesn't go to prison you can just forget it. Add in the economy is F*cked..Income equality is f*cked.... the climate is f*cked......race relations are F*cked...... Gender relations are f*cked.. And our religious institutions are f*cked...... and what you are going to end up with is one f*cked up country.

Can't prosecute treason or extortion ... can't prosecute media liars who assist in treason ... can't even prosecute a pissant like Alex Jones who used THE MEDIA to say 'the 20 murdered school children at Sandy Hook are a fraud ... they're actors in a "giant hoax" against the second amendment'. Too many people in prison ok, but that's why they invented the ankle bracelet ... and I'm pretty sure it costs a hell of a lot of money for the privilege of wearing one.
