Planned Parenthood v Casey How is it we can follow those people who believe they have a moral authority but lack integrity. empathy and compassion Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo. "The left continues its assault on the Supreme Court with an unprecedented breach of confidentiality, clearly meant to intimidate. The Justices mustn't give in to this attempt to corrupt the process. Stay strong. I will say, if this is the Court’s opinion, it’s a heck of an opinion. Voluminously researched, tightly argued, and morally powerful." Josh Hawley is a cocksucking, mother f'er. The Supreme Court, however, is not.. at least they believe themselves not to be. The egregious decision made by the Supreme court involved "Planned Parenthood v Casey". A decision in which the Supreme Court got involved is determining timelines for abortions. that's what's opened the door... They sold their soul for political reasons. The Roe v Wade decision was simplistic. a decision involving Federal Domain and Human Rights. Human rights won...We have revisited and now it appears the lack of Federal domain has won. There nothing "moral" about the decision. We talk of the future impact and how it will affect the LGBTQ community and people of color.. But the truer nature of this decision involves healthcare.. a decision as to both the Federal Domain and as a human right. It was a victory for the Right......using a manipulation of "morals" about abortion..To achieve the real goal of getting the federal government out of the healthcare business. But be careful what you wish for. |

"stare decisis (respect of precedent)" Planned Parenthood vs Casey was an abomination. A right wing conspiracy.. that pulled the wool over everyones eyes.. The decision was based on "stare decisis"... as a "relied on" precedent. Yet the Supreme Court created a law that was an unconstitutional timeline.. As the right manipulated the timeline to completely overturning Roe V Wade. Whittling away at a timeline, so "stare decisis' would no longer be depended on. They say this majority opinion was leaked.. It wasn't leaked.. it is the final straw to "stare decisis". the time and opportunity to no longer rely on it. They couldn't jumped into it..without grandfathering it in, which this "leak" is doing. As the Supreme Court still can allege some respect for the law and precedents.

The ideas that are affected..have to do with healthcare and the federal governments roll..It absolutely has nothing to do with morals, but as to the viability and profitability of the capitalistic healthcare industry.. the federal government involvement in transgender issues, Health care procedures, cost effectiveness, contraception, health insurance, Medicare, Obamacare, prescription drugs, vaccine mandates and mask mandates is all on the table now.

A lot of state legislatures are going into overdrive to focus on having restrictive anti abortion laws in place to be ready to jump into action when Roe/Wade is overturned...like hovering vultures....Did you hear that legislator in Ohio when asked by a reporter what the law would be if a 13 year old girl was r^ped and became pregnant......she answered that the pregnancy would be an opportunity for the girl to bring up a child that could one day cure Cancer........... That legislator is a 70 year old woman who calls herself a Christian....The evil is real........There are too many Humans on this planet.

Yeah, we have trouble communicating because you are not satisfied with communicating on the level, you always try to be cute and clever, ...Like changeing the meaning of my sentence.......the problem I see in your choosing cleverness over clarity is that it diminishes communication. The meaning you create by placing quotation marks is obvious....pointing it out adds nothing..........There are still too many Humans on the planet and the extent to which they are "Humane" adds nothing to the discussion, except to make the meaning less clear........

People who don't believe in science and evolution need to be eliminated.. People who believe the planet is not in danger need to eliminated. People who think they own it, and have not just borrowed it..need to be eliminated.. I'd be willing to eliminate just One human......That one human who has his finger on the button and is willing to push it.
