Voting Rights

It's should be clear that restricting voting is an advantage to Republicans
And increasing voting rights is an advantage to Democrats.

This is a FACT

Republicans, by can try to justify their side by with fraudulent voting
Democrats try to justify their side with the Constitution.

Neither case changes the FACT.
The justifications are prejudiced by Party affiliation.

Because of the party prejudice..What the Party in Power does is almost always going to be aligned with that prejudice.
Although the Democrats may stand on higher ground.. It doesn't change the altitude.

The idea of fairness in voting rights..loses it's impact.. because voting rights have NEVER been fair.

WE deal and have dealt with unfair voting rights since America inception.

To have fair elections in this country we must agree on two things.. That have always been agreed to ..and never really written in stone

Not about voting rights ..but simply the Right to Vote.
And how we go about counting votes. A legal vote MUST be counted..

These simple ideas that got US through two centuries are under attack.

Who has the right to vote and What is a legal vote?

Voting suppression, voting restrictions, voting access..are all political stunts. Party politics from both sides. Whether it be a wrong thing or a right thing....The fact is it's a party thing..But anyone with half a brain would understand that is not what the Trump party is after....It's not about voting rights it about counting votes

Taking politics out of it is the key..Getting to the base agreement that identifies the true nature.. Established in every States for every voters.. Congress needs to make a law that firmly establishes..
Who has a right to vote, and what is a legal vote?
And that NO State in the Union has the power to circumvent it..By not Counting a vote from a legal voter, Once a legal vote is cast..it must be counted..under all circumstances.
A State is not permitted to throw our legal votes with illegal ones, because of location, party affiliation, or assumptions and voting results. An illegal vote must be established on an individual basis

The Federal penalty for not obeying this law MUST be severe.

a LEGAL VOTE can not be counted for a failure to meet a restriction....whose sole purpose, with the restriction, is designed to not count a legal vote. A restriction, BY ITSELF, does not make a vote illegal.
For example.. with voter ID laws...a voter with no ID to present at the time, doesn't make their vote illegal as would a voter presenting a fake ID.
