It rains ..Only when it raining.

Politics is a Weather Report. Who sponsors are umbrellas, raincoats , and galoshes.
It forecasts, explains, and warns of "bad" weather

It waits for... or creates the cloudy day.

Whether it's going to rain or not doesn't matter..

They need people to their products.

So people walk around with umbrellas, raincoats and galoshes.

So they are prepared for the rain.. That's not here because

It rains... only when it's raining

Whats interesting to me is the process we have gone through....The truth defies explanation...but only can be told through the RESULTS that define it

I doubt Aaron Sorkin,, has a monopoly on the truth.. I would assume he's pretty damn Liberal....but he does forecast pretty well.

I'm sure, at the time, he wrote "The West Wing" in 1999 .. Republicans were amiss at how partisan the show was....I too recognized that too

I'm sure in 2012 when he wrote "Newsroom" It too was considered "Hollywood Liberalism

but you see.. The proof is in the pudding...Nothing can better explains.. what's happening now.. How it began and how it got to where it is..

People didn't listen then.. and those same people still aren't listening

Over the last month I rewatched both.. It's amazing...What Aaron Sorkin has to say.. from an historical perspective.

We, as a people, get so many warnings, we don't heed..
but more important we simply avoid accepting and knowing the warnings..once they become the truth.

Climate change, pandemics, job security, religious intolerance, and autocracy.... We are being warned now..I hope it's not too late when we come to know the truth....It may already be.

I would recommend watching or rewatching... especially "Newsroom".. on HBO. It's amazing. not what it says about THEN.. but what it says about NOW.

I tried watching that...I couldn't stay focused. I recently finished watching 4 seasons of Revenge. I thoroughly enjoyed that. You may like Billions...that was good as well and is still running. I'll think about giving Newsroom another shot. I also recommend Startup and Queen of the South was interesting as well.

I'm currently trying to decide what to take in next. I love this binge watching thing...I like a long detailed intriguing story.

If you are interested in documentaries I highly recommend you watch Circle of Evil, about Hitler and his henchmen. EVERY American needs to watch this...it is OBVIOUS...Trump, or someone close like Stephen Miller or Bannon obviously used that history as a framework in their rise to power, and how to entrench it.

I don't think you understand how cynical I am.. Not of just partisanship, but everything is on the same plane.
I think it's okay and even good to be cynical..If you are willing to test all that your cynical about.. And I am cynical about everything.. both Republican and Democrat

It just that the label Republican does nothing for me,, to dissuade me. My being cynical about them is proven MOST of the time
Yet Democrats allow me to question my being cynical.. Doesn't mean I accept that.. It just means I don't NOT accept it.

You don't understand the blog..." It Rains , only when it's raining.."

My being cynical may mean i believe it's always going to rain..but it doesn't become true until I'm all wet. There is some shit .. you just can't do anything about until it happens.
