Texas abortion law Seriously.. i hate the NEWS media.. All the media Lies doesn't matter which that is.. They base things on assumptions that are designed 2 create fear. No matter what that fear is about there is No fear in regards this Texas abortion law.. 's DOA If you don't believe it . You give the only win the State legislature can get We still have the issue of SCOTUS overturning Roe V Wade.. but this shit doesn't stand a chance. It will never arrive at the Supreme court. It's what opponents should want and republicans don't want. In regards 2 this law....no court of any substance will rule for the plaintiff.. without losing it's judiciary position, without being sanctioned. A ruling for the plaintiff can't happen.. YOU MUST HAVE LEGAL GROUNDS AND STANDING 2 WIN A LAWSUIT. the state legislature can't grant that Didn't we learn anything from the BIG LIE... How many times was it thrown out out.. Why did the supreme court never hear it? Why are the attorneys presented being sanctioned? If does make it 2 the Supreme Court.. no matter the political views it goes down 8-1 or 9-0 |

Where people's understanding of what's right and wrong..where is people integrity,, What does it take for people to stand up Don't you get it.... since the state government can't enforce it.. and it's goes to the judiciary.. And the judiciary can't enforce it.. Then just ignore those SOB's.. no one is going to have to pay a dime.. Women's rights organization only have to establish a legal fund And even then, Sue the State and get it back... as women are the ones with legal grounds and standing That's the way you fix it.. load the courts up with it..don't let those SOB's terrorize US.... I would do it in a heartbeat .. I never give to political things, but I'd give to that.. I would stand up and say come get me.. come sue me.. you SOB's I would publicize it.. I would open new clinics . I would write protection for women who choose to have an abortion.. I would force the issue... I KNOW WHAT THE RESULTS WOULD BE. They try to destroy our institutions .. yet you hypocrites have no faith in our judiciary institution... singularly the only thing that protects our constitution and OUR Democracy.. Since the election we have received all the information we need that our judiciary system is still intact If I was one of you hypocrite.. I'd give up.. If I believe it wasn't... It's over. What about double jeopardy......how many people can sue you? One defendant could have 10,000 case against them. You don't believe.. find me an organization that will except my donation to provide an abortion in Texas.. Then publicize my name It doesn't matter where the defendant lives , if the abortion takes place in Texas? Get 10,000 asshole to sue me.. I'd welcome it.. I want to know who they are they'd never get a dime from me.. I'd burn it. before i paid them.

Jiminy LOL That is awfully big talk. You would have to hire an attorney and travel to Texas several times in just ONE lawsuit. Your own attorney would rack your butt if you lost or won just one case much less several. If the judge issued an order that you pay court costs etc. you would need very deep pockets. LOL You would be in court so often your attorney would bill you for your lifes savings. LOL AGAIN I know what I am talking about here. LOL I was in a Texas divorce court & a state court of appeals for 10 years. LOL The X took out bankruptcy & I am so poor I can hardly pay attention. The attorneys did OK for themselves. It is like getting r_ped & paying them to do it. LOL Party On!

The news for women now. When you become pregnant you are now the property of the state. You shall remain under state ownership until you give birth at which time you are free again to determine your own fate once again. If you are not able to provide for another child----tough shit for both you and the child. When pregnant you have the same rights as an animal used for production in this instance for the state.
